In her message to the agricultural engineers, Department of Agriculture-Central Visayas (DA7) Regional Executive Director Angel C. Enriquez, expressed her full support to them (agri engineers), that she will lobby for the establishment of an ABE units or sections in the local government units, upholding with the law of the mandatory hiring of an ABE.
