IN PHOTOS | Resident auditors of the Commission of Audit (COA) assigned at the Department of Agriculture-Central Visayas (DA7) presented their audit observation memorandum (AOM) to the members of the management committee (MANCOM) today, April 21, 2025 at the office of the Regional Executive Director.
An AOM is a written notification of COA to an agency, to inform them on their findings and the deficiencies they noted, based on their field monitoring and the documents submitted.
The presented AOMs provided recommendations to correct the noted deficiencies, with an open discussion on the said AOM and even asking for COA’s suggestions in guiding the region on how to address their finding, such as those fund transfers to the LGUs.

The DA7, the COA said has greatly improved, with very minimal findings, as the agency was able to take into consideration the previous years recommendations.
DA7 Regional Executive Director Angel C. Enriquez, welcomed the COAs findings, looking forward to a more harmonious partnership as well as welcoming the new COA resident auditor.
