IN PHOTOS | In compliance to the findings of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) on the Ease of Doing Business or the Republic Act 11032, the Department of Agriculture-Central Visayas (DA7) conducted a workshop on Citizen’s Charter (CC) billboard and handbook updating held at a venue in Cebu City on April 24-25, 2024.

The workshop is part of the action plan submitted to the ARTA, based the their inspection.

DA7 Regional Technical Director Cirilo Namoc, in his message to the staff the need to follow the process and compliance of the law.

“Ang challenge mao ang pagsunod sa proseso, that must be in accordance sa ila observations and sa standards for no agency or person is exempted on this, ” he said.

The ARTA team inspected the office of DA7 last March 11, 2024, of which they presented their findings to include the lack of some important information in the CC billboard, CC handbook is not updated, and the absence of the client satisfaction measurement form.

The ARTA team praised the regional office for the presence of the public assistance center desk (PACD).

RA 11032, ARTA findings, and the CC template were discussed, followed with a workshop of the CC updating for presentation tomorrow (April 25, 2024) for critiquing.

Outputs will be consolidated to form part of the DA7 CC handbook.
