Staff of the Department of Agriculture-Agriculture and Fisheries Information Division (DA-AFID) in Central Office paid a courtesy visit to DA7 Regional Technical Director, Dr. Wilberto O. Castillo, and to Admin and Finance Division Chief, Dr. Melquiades B. Ibarra today, July 10, 2024 at the regional office in Maguikay, Mandaue City.
Their visit was to document the white corn area of the Pansoy Farmers Association and Cabalawan Small Farmers Association in Sogod, Cebu.
Cebu is known for white corn production, and a corn eating province.
