“Daug namo (you are winners) for you conquered the struggles of being students for years,” this was the gist of the message Regional Executive Director (RED) Angel C. Enriquez of the Department of Agriculture-Central Visayas (DA7) during the 104th Commencement Exercises of Bohol Island State University (BISU)-Bilar Campus today, June 11, 2025.

Speaking to the graduating class, faculty, parents, and guests of the BISU-Bilar Campus, Director Enriquez, congratulated all the new graduates for achieving their long-awaited “kadaugan”, a triumph for completing their tertiary education, with the emphasis on the transformative power of education.
