IN PHOTOS | Two agri-entrepreneurs from Central Visayas were given the opportunity to participate and display their products during the 16th Philippine Food Expo 2024 held at World Trade Center, Pasay City from April 12-14, 2024, with the assistance of the Department of Agriculture-7 (DA7) through the Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD).

These two exhibitors, the Sandrias Delicious Concept, a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) and the RK Foodhouse, owned by a Young Farmer Challenge beneficiary from Sibonga, Cebu, brought their products to be showcased at the Food Expo.

During the opening, Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu-Laurel, Jr., visited the DA7 booth. They (exhibitors) were able to interact and present their products to the Secretary.

Products displayed by Sandrias are barquiron, piaya, peanut cookies, otap, rosquillos, salvaro, pilipit, while RK Foodhouse are shrimp paste and peanut polvoron.
