Management of the Department of Agriculture-Central Visayas (DA7) visited the DA’s research stations and centers, as well as the DA-Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) in the Bohol Province, today, May 8, 2025.
The visit is part of the management engagement activities, emphasizing on harmonization and collaboration within the DA7 family. Staff from the different stations visited gave suggestions and recommendations, as well as reviewing the organizational structures and workload distribution within the stations.
Among the visited facilities were the Carmen Research and Development Center, , Bohol Experiment Station (BES), Soil and Water Research and Development Station (SWRDS), Ubay Stock Farm (USF), and Agricultural Promotion Center (APC).
PRDP projects monitored were the Cassava Processing Project in Carmen and Silage facility with the FFCT as proponent group (PG) in San Miguel, Bohol.
