Conducted inspection or warehouse inspection as well as equipment and machinery of cassava processing facility in Carmen, Bohol, which is one of the projects of the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Rural Development Project.
The inspection, which lasted for four hours, was conducted by the DA-PRDP Regional Project Coordination Office 7 (RPCO 7), accompanied by representatives of Project Support Office Visayas (PSO-Visayas), provincial and local government of Bohol and the PNBKGB Multipurpose Cooperative.
This includes a general survey of the facility and checking if the specifications of the machinery and equipment provided based on the procurement plan match.
The inspectorate team, stated that the electricity connection from the main line to the facility is expected to be fully declared that the project is complete and can be turned-over to the proponent group which is the PNBKGB Multipurpose Cooperative.
The total value of Cassava Production, Consolidation, Processing and Marketing Enterprise is about Php 35.86 million of which Php18.3 million is allocated for the cassava processing facility.
