IN PHOTOS | Miss Philippines-Earth 2009, Sandra Seifert, paid a visit to the office of the Department of Agriculture-Central Visayas (DA7) today, April 8, as one of her side trips in Cebu.

Her visit aligns in her advocacy for vegetarianism and environment managent. She wanted to see and get first hand information and idea on the programs and projects of DA7 that are being showcased inside the compound particularly on the urban agriculture landscape.

She was welcomed by Dr. Melquiades B. Ibarra, the Chief of Admin and Finance, and Bienvenido D. Acabal, the Chief of Regional Crop Protection Center (RCPF).
